The problem
Alumni were scattered across informal chat groups with no shared directory, no way to discover batchmates, and nowhere to preserve the school's photos and history.
What we built
We built a community platform with a searchable member directory by batch and house, event listings, photo galleries, and a register-and-verify flow that keeps the network authentic.
How it turned out
Over 2,000 alumni across 25 batches reconnected in one place, with a living directory and gallery the community keeps adding to.
