The problem
Booking goods transport in tier-2 and tier-3 India still ran on phone calls and opaque, negotiated pricing. Shippers had no visibility into where their consignment was, and drivers had no reliable stream of return-trip loads.
What we built
We shipped a two-sided platform — a driver app, a shipper app, and a web dispatch console — with verified onboarding, instant fare estimates, and real-time GPS tracking. A fleet dashboard gives operators live visibility over every active trip.
How it turned out
Bookings that once took multiple calls now complete in under a minute, with end-to-end tracking and transparent, upfront pricing for every shipment.
